Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments once made are non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled without additional charge if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

No refunds or reschedules are provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice).

If a session is cancelled by us, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled session.

Terms & Conditions

Counselling sessions are intended for counselling and psychoeducational purposes and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.

You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and private environment during online sessions.

All fees for sessions must be paid in advance via UPI or NEFT or PayPal.

All disputes are subject to Indian law and jurisdiction.
